TalentCorp’s Graduate Employability Management Scheme (GEMS) uses a new, tiered approach to help graduates who face challenges in gaining employment. Under the new approach, TalentCorp will assess graduates’ competency gaps and recommend the right training based on graduates’ individual needs such as boot camp or on-the-job training with employers.

Exposed to domain-specific training to enable effective exposure to industry requirement
Develop skill sets required by the industry
Malaysian citizen under 27 years old
Bachelor’s degree holder from local public or private universities;
Fresh graduate seeking employment within 1 year or less of graduation
Have not participated in any government-funded programmes (E.g. SL1M, SL1M-GREEN, Bank Negara Graduates Programme, etc.)
