Graduate Employability Management Scheme or (GEMS) is a government capacity building initiative to equip graduates with commercially useful skills and experiences that will enhance their employment opportunities. This scheme is part of the 7 billion stimulus package announced by Y.A.B. Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Abdul Razak as part of the programme to mobilise our human capital to support the country’s economic growth.

GEMS has the mandate to train 12,000 graduates over a two (2) year period. The programme is based on an earlier Graduate Employability Enhancement (GREEN) Programme developed by Khazanah Nasional Berhad with the support of Government-linked companies (GLCs).

Any organisation which is interested to be part of the GEMS programme can apply by applying as 'Organisation' and fill-up the registration form. The GEMS Secretariat will get in touch with the company’s representative once they receive the application.
