Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Managing Director in providing legal and corporate assistance to the Management Office.
• He/ She must be well versed with existing laws, regulations relevant to the Company’s business and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Aged 24 years old and above.
• Degree in law or any other related field.
• At least two (2) years experience in company secretarial works.
• Competent in ExCel, MsWords, Power Point etc.
• Attentive to details, meticulous in his/ her work and self-driven.
• Proficient in both written and oral Malay and English.

EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE
(Pahang - Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate shall assist the Head of Department of Human Resource to plan, implement, facilitate and coordinate training and career development programmes, ensuring compliance with legislatives and regulations and the ISO requirements.
• He/ She is also to assist in handling disciplinary matters, domestic investigations and inquiries and act as Secretary to the Disciplinary Committee.
• He/ She is to assist in the implementation of the staff performance appraisal exercises and to utilize the results of the performance evaluation to support other key HR processes, adding value to these processes.
• He / She is to assist in the implementation of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Aged 24 years old and above
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other related field
• At least two (2) years experience in human resource management
• Well versed with the labour laws and requirement and the full HR functions.
• Competent in ExCel MsWords, Power Point etc. and HRIS exposure is an added advantage.
• Proficient in both written and oral Malay and English.
• Discreet with attentive to details, self driven and a team player.

EXECUTIVE, PAYROLL
(Pahang - Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Managing Director in preparing monthly payroll for the senior management and executive personnel.
• He/ She is also responsible to develop, implement and generate performance metrics based on annual performance review ratings and prepare recommendations of salary increment and bonus incentives for all employees.
• He/She is responsible for the completion of the monthly and financial year end payroll reporting including the total compensation reports.
• He/ She must be well versed with legislatives and regulatory ruling impacting the payroll and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Aged 24 years old and above
• Degree in Accounting or any other related field
• At least two (2) years experience in handling payroll or accounting works.
• Competent in ExCel MsWords, Power Point etc.
• Possess analytical skills and attentive to details and self-driven.
• Proficient in both written and oral Malay and English.

PILOT
(Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Divisional Head. His main duty is to safely navigate ocean going vessels entering or leaving the Port limits.

Requirements:

• Aged 24 years old and above
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
• At least twelve (12) months sea time working experience a Watch Keeping Officer (WKO) on foreign going vessel or tanker
• Must be medically fit for sea-going duties
• Highly motivated and self driven personality
• A team player

ENGINE DRIVER OFFICER
(Pahang)

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate shall be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of tugboats main engine and other motorized equipment, loading fuel and fuel service and any other task relevant to the safe manning of the tugboats. Supervision of engineering crew and ensuring tugboat is always kept in a state of operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Aged 22 years old and above.
• Chief Engineer Officer or Second Engineer Officer between 750 KW / 3000 KW Near Coastal / WKE > 750 KW Near Coastal.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as Second Engineer Officer or Chief Engineer Officer (WKE).
• Must possess valid STCW95 Certificates.
• Must be medically fit for sea-going duties.

TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)
(Pahang - Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Head of Maintenance Unit at the Engineering Support Department. He is to plan, implement, maintain and repair port handling equipment such as reachstackers, prime movers, forklifts etc.

Requirements:

• Aged 21 years old and above
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automative or any other related field
• At least six (6) months experience in mechanical / automotive works
• Competent in Excel programme

TECHNICIAN / ELECTRICIAN (CRANE MAINTENANCE)
(Pahang - Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Head of Crane Unit at the Engineering Support Department. He is to plan, implement, maintain and repair and troubleshoot container handling equipments.

Requirements:

• Aged 21 years old and above
• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical /Electronic Engineering
• At least six (6) months experience in maintenance works, preferably in maintenance of container crane.
• Competent in Excel programme

EXECUTIVE, MARKETING
(Pahang - Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Head of Department of Marketing in promoting, analyzing the market including competitors and customers.
• He/ She must be able to execute marketing strategies and campaigns with perseverance and be able to identify market segments, niches and potential markets.

Requirements:

• Aged 24 years old and above
• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or any other related field
• At least two (2) years experience in marketing planning
• Competent in ExCel MsWords, Power Point etc.
• Good presentation skills in English and Bahasa Melayu and be able to communicate with all levels of staffs.
• Analytical, customer-focus, self-driven, outgoing, persuasive personality and be able to travel and a team player.

ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL
(Pahang)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate shall be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, repairing and managing the technical aspects associated with the installation and operations of all cranes and lifting devices in the port. He/She is to assist the procurement function in sourcing and pricing of spare parts and preparing tender documents. He/She is also to supervise and train team members as necessary.

Requirements:

• Aged 24 years old and above.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in maintaining electrical system preferably in a high voltage system.
• Strong engineering analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot recommend and improve work process capability.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic control logic. Exposures to PLC and drive system will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in preparation of tender documents especially on electrical specification, drawings and bill of quantities.
• Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint programmes etc.
• Good presentation skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (oral and written).

Kelayakan:

• Mempunyai Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau  yang setaraf dengannya dan kepujian  serta  lulus  ujian  lisan  dalam  mata pelajaran  Bahasa  Malaysia diperingkat  sijil  tersebut.
• Berumur melebihi 18 tahun.
• Mempunyai syarat-syarat ukuran badan dan pancaindera seperti  berikut:
  • Tinggi sekurang-kurang 1.57m tanpa bersepatu.
  • Berat badan sekurang-kurangnya 48 kg.
  • Mempunyai ukuran dada yang biasa sekurang-kurangnya 79sm dan 84sm semasa menarikh nafas.

  • Menaiki tangga penyelamat 16.5 meter.
  • Memanjat tali.
