Benefits of the Programme

TO PARTICIPANTS:

  • The programme is designed to engage and challenge able participants through various programme modules and projects.
  • The objective is to equip participants with commercially useful skills and experiences that will enhance their employment opportunities.
  • Each participant will receive an allowance of RM500.00 per month throughout Part 1 (On-site Executive Development Programme Training) and RM1,000.00 per month throughout Part 2 (Apprenticeship Programme)

 

TO PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS:

  • No cost to be incurred by participating organisations during Part 2.
  • Right of Refusal to absorb the participant at any time at no cost to participating organisations.
  • Free job-matching Profile for each participant.
  • Readily trained participant as potential employee (with generic entry level executive skills and behavior).
