We at GEMS Malaysia Sdn Bhd would like to take this opportunity to congratulate those who have sailed through one month of fasting with the most sincerity and diligence in fulfilling one of the five pillars of Islam. Ramadhan is about to leave us and Syawal will come to fill the air with much anticipated joy and celebrations. We hope this coming Syawal will bring a thousand meanings and be special in its own and every single way.
Aidilfitri is a time for everyone to be brought together in festivities to celebrate the joy and happiness in a harmonious atmosphere for being grateful for what has been blessed to us in the past one year.
"And that you fulfill the number of (last day of Ramadan 30th day) and you glorify Allah (glorified road) for his guidance to be awarded to you, which you will be among the thankful." (Surah al-baqarah:verse 185)
It is of our great hope that we will be constantly blessed with peace, harmony and an overall sense of well-being to be shared with family and friends. Do ensure to take extra precaution when traveling and please do so carefully and safely.

ENGINEER (Production Engineering)Job Responsibilities:
• Supporting production to improve existing operation system in term of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Coordinate new process set up, new technology introduction and relocation activities.
• Trouble shooting process and machine abnormality.
• Conduct experiments of new code, new product design, and new raw material.
• Apply new technical know how and ideas to improve process conforming rate and reduce process lead time.
• Carry out improvement activities to achieve desired results related to Failure Cost, Customer Claims, Product Defect Reduction and Process Lead Time.
• Establishment, maintenance and control all Technical/ Engineering Standards or Specification.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing/ Industrial or other related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess basic QC knowledge such as SPC, process control chart and FMEA will be an added advantage.
• Strong Problem- solving skill.
• Good report writing and communication skill.
SYSTEM ANALYST Job Responsibilities:
• Application development covering all platforms such as web, client-server, LAN-based.
• Conduct system analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation and end-user’s training.
• Responsible for programming, testing, documenting applications and reports.
• Responsible for the proper backup of all application source codes.
• Ensure that network offers the highest reliability and performance possible.
• Daily administration of the IT network, telecommunication services and resources.
• Will install and maintain network systems and related hardware and/or coordinate network performance monitoring.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Advanced Diploma / Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Web development and Unix will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with 2-3 years experience in similar IT environment will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
