Part 1: Executive Training

Participants will undergo a proper classroom training. The methodology includes Lectures, Group Activities, Video, Case Studies, Simulation & Role Play.

The key activities for classroom training:

  1. Personal Development Programme
  2. Intensive English Programme
  3. Class-Room Executive Training Session
  4. Special Project / Event Implementation
  5. Teambuilding Sessions
  6. Employability Workshop
  7. Value Talk / Seminars
  8. Speakers Corner
  9. Sports & Recreational Activities
  10. Surau Activities (for Muslims)
  11. Multi-media Production


Part 2: Job Placement


Participants will undergo on-the-job training at the selected organization. The methodology includes Coaching Session, Visits, Case Study, Research, Project Involvement.

Participants will be matched to the most suitable job pattern based on their profiling done using an online profiling tool. Pre and Post tests will assess the participants on some basic competencies such as English, Communication, Problem Solving, Management, and Leadership.

Participants will be given an opportunity to gain practical work experience at an established corporate or government organisation for 6 months.
