How the Programme Works

The GEMS training programme is divided into two (2) parts with a total duration of 8 months.

The first part consist of 2 months of executive training conducted at respective sites across the country. The graduates will go through training programmes to acquire skills and qualities that will enable them to improve their confidence and their ability to communicate effectively, and also to manage tasks and responsibilities that are important in working life.

This will be followed by the second part, which is a 6 months job placement at various organisations and institutions in the country. The graduates will undergo on-the-job training that will provide valuable working experiences and knowledge to support their future career growth.
